The most stunning wrasse!!!

Its been forever since @Slocke recommended a red coris wrasse for my tank lol but its been on my list! I went to my LFS and for the first time ever saw not one but TWO adults!!! One was about 8 inches the other 4 to 5 inches. The 8 inch one was stunning but I loved the bold nature of the smaller one, so I took her home with me. Man is she stunning! Shes so active, and didnt even bother to go in the sand right away. She just swam all over the tank and is super people oriented! She loves to swim up to the tank when I walk over. Never seen a wrasse so confident on day one before!! Im in love with her, shes so stunning! Not the best pictures since shes super active but here she is! And the last picture shows how goofy she is lol.

Swimmer's have been notorious jumpers ime. Please secure the lid to prevent tragidies.

Thank you! I have a enclosed canopy that keeps eels in so she should be fine :)

The Red Coris is one stunning fish, yours is for sure one of the nicer specimens.
How can you not love a wrasse that tries to photo bomb their own photo :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:

Congrats! I just added the same fish a couple of weeks ago.....absolutely love the appearance of these guys.

Just make sure you have plenty of glue if you intent to put frags in. They will turn anything under a kilo upside down.
