Just got mine Today, took me a whole 5 minutes to set it up, and now I see my friend tank in Indiana, other one in Louisiana, and they can see mine in Florida, just using the app, no controller need it, is a lot easier for me to open and install the app, than learning all that old fashion coding you need to make anything work on any China or German made controller, plug and play baby.!!!!!

I use a cheap usb webcam hooked up to an old laptop and use a free streaming program, yawcam, I can pick up with my Apex. Very cheap

Thank God, I did not have to DIY, every time I try it turns super bad, I have to accept this product is right on my league with just plug and play. and is also inside the tank, so the wife do not comment on the look of the tank

Well, the camera I purchased is just a camera that screws into the side of a tank. No DIY skills needed.

I got the regular Zmodo 720p and also ordered a pair of Zmodo Replay 720p. I couldn't decide between the two models. Though, the Replay had better reviews a member on R2R has the regular and likes it. I did like that it was in a black casing opposed to the white casing to better match my stand. So I guess I spent a little over $100 for 3 IP cameras.
