All of this because of an overzealous UPS driver who probably just had a team meeting about being vigilant when looking for suspicious packages. Or maybe a new driver who's being very literal about policy.

Body cameras have actually helped law enforcement agencies. Having an incident recorded has deterred false allegations. Has also saved cities millions in avoiding unnecessary settlements to avoid larger more costly fees in taking the matter to court and clearing the agency in question.

They have probably saved some civilian lives as well.

They’ve also saved innocent citizens from drug charges after catching crooked cops planting bags on people.

I’m curious what their policy is on this. Sounds like this is exactly the issue.
