Nice. Does anyone know if the yellow ringed spot on the top fin is a dimorphic trait? My Biota court jester doesn't have one. I wish it did. In fact, none of the Biota ones I've seen do.

It's looks like yours has it. Perhaps mine is female. Like I said though, I've seen alot of Biota jesters and none had it. Including pics. of known Biotas. Weird.

That’s awesome! I didn’t think they actually ate cyano. How long did that take?
He kept eating in the tank every day. The red slime algae gradually decreased at a speed visible to the eyes, and almost all disappeared in about one to two weeks.

I originally thought that a black ocellus spot on the dorsal fin is a unique feature, but I didn’t expect some individuals to have no such feature.

Will it be the individual differences between male and female?
