I've not seen one for sale over here before, so chances are slim I'd get the chance to think about one, and I'd not want to disturb my stock to add something that would make life difficult - just curious is all.

H. scapularis is bigger, a bit mre aggressive, and less suitable for a reef than your current species.

For those that QT what is your regiment? For other fishes, I usually do TTM with Prazi on the 2nd and 4th transfers (days 4 and 10), then 4 weeks of observation in a larger cycled QT. Wondering if I need to do anything different with wrasses. I have a rhomboid and efatensis coming in.

That'd be a fine approach just the same.

There has not been any imported to the states to my knowledge this year; not sure about Europe.

Hunter, what are your thoughts on the following Wrasse list for my new tank I'm setting up.

The dimensions are 48"L x 18"W x 18"T. It's rimless, but I'm putting a screen top on it with 1/8" holes.

This is my proposed wrasse wish list. So 9 in all.
1x Blue Flasher Wrasse (Paracheilinus cyaneus)
1x McCosker's Flasher Wrasse (Paracheilinus mccoskeri)
1x other flasher wrasse, like a Filamented (P. filamentosus), Red Tail (P. rubricaudalis), Carpenter's (P. carpenteri), or Yellowfin (P. flavianalis)
1x Yellow Canary Wrasse (Halichoeres chrysus)
1x Radiant Wrasse (Halichoeres iridis)
1x Blue Star Leopard Wrasse (Macropharyngodon bipartitus)
1x Lineatus Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus lineatus)
1x Flame Fairy Wrasse Flame Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus jordani)
1x Golden Rhomboidalis Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus rhomboidalis)

No, not to be mixed with other wrasses. Plus, they do not keep their saturated colors in captivity.

There are a few subspecies in pylei, but all are pretty aggressive for fairy wrasses, and I would recommend against adding one, let alone more than one, to your tank.
