I looked at them. Kinda cool looking, but every time I see that fake eye on its side I think bullet hole. :grinning-face-with-sweat: I’ve got time to think about it.
I say skip Viviens. More for me.

Also if anyone is interested my medium choats is now a full blown male! Transition completed quick after removing my large male. He now pushes the little female around. Looking for one more tiny female along with one more Viviens if anyone know where. Preferred qt’ed and not in a hurry

That male is getting some nice coloration on the head. Well, I'm off to net my Vivien out of the overflow again.
She go in there for food or someone chase her? Fingers crossed it goes smooth. Has she grown much. the other one I grabbed from TSM I saw in July and was surprised how much it grew. My Viviens were slow growers.

She's already back in the tank. Dove into the sand bed. Jumped when I was pulling algae with lid off. She has grown quite a bit. Will have to get a recent pic. Moving my chrysus over from the office tank. Hope they get along.

I doubt you will have a problem with those two. Pulling algae is when my potters jumped. Didn’t see him at the water line and when I reached over the tank he spooked. Done on impact. I hate taking my kid off.
Male Vivien is very friendly and rubs against me when pulling algae. Freaks me out. Most of the time I wait until they go to bed now if I don’t have to move rocks.

I know the feeling, my Naokoae is extremely friendly to the point he swims throughout my fingers quite happily. I’ve had many close calls where he has almost been squashed by my wave maker when I go to put it back after cleaning it.

I hate when my wrasses get down into the back chambers, some how both of my Lubbock’s have managed to get into the back chamber then make it down through the pipes into the sump unharmed. I fear the day my Naokoae attempts to get back into the back chamber though, when he managed to the back chamber in my Max Nano that was bad enough but after netting out the Lubbocki’s (which are both slower than the naokoae) I would rather have the naoko hiding in the rocks than anything.

My clowns still bite me when I get close to their colt. I can feel the little teeth. Still makes me jump.

Anyone have a Timor Wrasse? I like the looks of this and was wondering if they would work well with a Melanurus and yellow coris wrasse? What benefits for pests do they provide, if any?
I had a beautiful Timor wrasse that crashed my tank by eating the entire cleanup crew including the urchins. Dude had a more expensive diet than I do and it took months to catch and rehome him. Never again!

I managed to finally get a few photos of my tiny pink streaked. I took these while she was under a frag rack, they’re not the best pics but I’ll take what I can get lol

You never fail to please!
Yours is a beauty, certainly larger than mine as the pattern is much clearer and more vibrant than it is on my three.

Thank you! She is vibrant with a lot of electric teal on her face and fins it’s hard to see that in the windex colored pics. She‘s alone in the 20 long so she has an all you can eat buffet all to herself lol.

What sand bed grain size for leopard? Looking to pick some Tropic Eden flakes at 2mm.
That’s perfect for them. Anything under 4mm is ideal.
