Do any of you all have wrasses that eat nori/seaweed off of the clip?

My rhomboid has started eating it pretty frequently in the last few weeks. In 20 years I have never had a wrasse bite seaweed other than my Naoko, but he just seemed to attack it because it moved. I’m not sure if this is somewhat normal or if maybe there is some deficiency in the normal diet that it’s trying to fill?

Both of my leopard wrasses love red nori. My kuiter's leopard will steal it right out of my foxface's mouth.

Negrosensis is my favorite. Geoffroy and choati round out my top three. My least favorite strictly based on looks is moyeri.

this guy was from back in 2013;
flashed every evening, without fail!

stayed mostly red,
and never got too dark/black…
which seems to be par for the course with these guys nowadays
