Heres my supposed Bipartitus, was curious myself and now think it might be a Marisrubri after seeing an almost identical image in the Google search

Hmm I’m leaning towards bipartitus. Got a side profile pic of her?
Yeah I think you’re right. When she was a juvenile she had much longer fins I feel?

My LFS had a male and female P attenuatus for 85 and 135 respectively. Very tempting but work will be brutal next few weeks so had to pass.

I would take the female alone… The pair probably wouldn’t work long term but a female would be fun ;)

My male iridis has vanished, I didn’t see him yesterday or today and am unsure when I last saw him. The female is doing her thing though and happily trotting round the tank.

Carpenter is at 3 weeks without even a glimpse. Pretty sure he's disappeared permanently.

That’s what I would have done

Hope he’s alright. My red coris hasn’t been out for a couple days. It used to do that a lot but hasn’t in months which has me a bit worried.

Just got an order in today for some wrasses I wanted to add. They are all healthy and eating well right off the bat. Unfortunately, one was not what I ordered......they obviously don't know the difference between a Fijian Exquisite and one from Africa or another locale! Aaarrgh.

Yellow wrasse is settling in nicely. Gotten nice and fat. Fun to watch her bang bristle worms on the rocks.

And got this QT in QT right now (with a replacement six-line who doesn't hold still long enough)

But got some flatworms infesting that trumpet in the picture and a very large leather coral; so far none of these guys seem interested in them so I'm thinking of a melanurus.

With this set of wrasses -
2x tricolor fairy
yellow 'coris'
christmas
blue-streak cleaner
six-line

Anyone think a melanurus could cause problems?

I think a Melanurus can always cause problems!

I have a transitioning male in with my Leucoxanthus and Garnoti with no problems so far. I've had him for about a year, Leuco (female) for about 4 months, and Garnoti (female) has been out of the sand for about 5 days now.

What size tank (mainly footprint)?
