What do y'all think? Would a pink streak wrasse (Pseudocheilinops ataenia) do ok in with these guys? They're growing and competing for frozen food just fine with a clownfish and a mandarin (also eating frozen) currently. Tank is a 36 gallon bowfront.

Fairy wrasse ID help please! This fish was sold to me as a female balteatus. It's tough to find pictures of females. And am I correct in assuming that balteatus fairy wrasse are also called girdled fairy wrasse? She's very quick and hard to get a good picture of. White belly, some orange on the head. Maybe a little black in the top fin. I was hoping for a male but I'm ok with the female as I've learned that she will change to a male as long as there are no other balteatus in the tank. If there is another thread or place that I should pose this question, please let me know. Thanks!
I get that when I don’t shaveThat black one has some absolutely amazing cirri!
The tought has been planted derp in the gray matter. It will happen.I finally manage to downsize and simplify my reefing going from bigger systems and several tanks to a single bare bottom 80g and a small nano.
And now you people have me browsing the internet for 6 foot tanks and measuring space in the living room because of these pencil wrasses…

And you know that 6 foot is the minimum size. A standard 240 would be great for wrasses.Yep. Already know how this is going to go. It’s already activated the “well that would be a perfect opportunity to finally have a gigachad rose-band fairy” consideration haha
Thanks!I’ve never seen a female before, that is really cool. Watching it transition will be awesome.
I was curious and saw this on Quality Marine’s website, and it definitely looks the part.

The photo is rather blurry but it could be a young Tonozukai looking at the tail - a more focused side photo would be bestFairy wrasse ID help please! This fish was sold to me as a female balteatus.
