I need to know what diet you fed them STAT.

Food. Not a lot of seed. But we kept plenty of calcium chews in the cage.
Lots of greens and fresh fruits. NO GRAPES. We grew our own berries. Pesticides are many these days.

Skittles and the meowi owies got to sit at the dinner table and pick at the plates. They only got caged at bedtime,or if we had to go out

No food dyes, fresh as possible foods. Nuts as treats. Seed was a no no. And some nuts are toxic. I think it was the large Brazilian nut that can kill them? I really cant recall

But yes, I’m generally considered the boring professional IRL. Sorry to disappoint. “Layed back” and “efficient” are the two most common compliments I get.
