There's something fishy about this build...

I sit on a throne of Foxfaces. Hurts but you get a nice big plump bottom
I hear that scorpion fish are all the rage in Brazil.

Just sitting on a pile of dry rock, you know, to build character.
Here are my rocks. They don't make for comfortable office chairs, but hey, fish gotta eat!

Well now I'm curious - are you in the middle of designing a scape for a new tank? It looks like you're in a warehouse, do you work in the industry?

I feel like you're using too general of a definition for "work" here...

My vanity would agree with back and biceps day.

Not sure how much time you spend sitting during the day, but the single greatest investment I've made for myself was a proper office chair... I spend hours per day sitting (I try to alternate standing at my desk) and a chair that encourages proper posture makes a huge difference.
I have been looking for a good office chair what did you go with?

I have the Herman Miller Aeron at the office, but as I wasn't interested in spending $1,500 on a chair for home I bought the Autonomous Ergo Chair Pro.. 1/3 of the price, and functionally the same. My only complaint with the Ergo Chair is that the seat is a little wide for my frame, but I can't help that I'm built like a 2x4.

Sad to say I am NOT built like a 2x4. I have 11 months to try to get there though.

My office chair is a 2019 Chevy Silverado. Bit pricy but it comes with 5 bonus chairs and 9 cup holders

This is the one I got. I've had it for ~5 years or so now, and it's held up great. Like a psycho I bought the baby blue and white version, and despite countless careless accidents (aka when gravity starts to become noticeable after a few too many whiskeys) it still looks great. My only complaint with it is that the arm rest padding isn't the most comfortable - but it's an obvious ergonomic decision. Materials have held up, etc.

I work in 'an' industry, yes! To preserve my highly valued anonymity, I'll only offer that it is very technological and very biological. Oh, here's a fun video!
