Well now I'm curious - are you in the middle of designing a scape for a new tank? It looks like you're in a warehouse, do you work in the industry?

My vanity would agree with back and biceps day.

Not sure how much time you spend sitting during the day, but the single greatest investment I've made for myself was a proper office chair... I spend hours per day sitting (I try to alternate standing at my desk) and a chair that encourages proper posture makes a huge difference.

I have the Herman Miller Aeron at the office, but as I wasn't interested in spending $1,500 on a chair for home I bought the Autonomous Ergo Chair Pro.. 1/3 of the price, and functionally the same. My only complaint with the Ergo Chair is that the seat is a little wide for my frame, but I can't help that I'm built like a 2x4.

This is the one I got. I've had it for ~5 years or so now, and it's held up great. Like a psycho I bought the baby blue and white version, and despite countless careless accidents (aka when gravity starts to become noticeable after a few too many whiskeys) it still looks great. My only complaint with it is that the arm rest padding isn't the most comfortable - but it's an obvious ergonomic decision. Materials have held up, etc.
