There's something fishy about this build...

After finding this pic i am really leaning towards a pictus now, the lighting really does make a difference, i didn't think that peppered morays had those dark markings on its body unless they mismatched the eel aswell.

I was really close to getting a peppered moray 2 years back and it was beautiful when it was still a juvenile, it was only now that I came to know that once he grows he had the face only a mother could love Lol
Not an eel for you haha. Its the most boring eel I've seen in Hawaii. Would love to see Brachysomophis henshawi though not pretty it sure looks weird. A lot of the eels of Hawaii are weird. The pic of the sharpsnout on this guide is hilarious

I wonder if you could catch an eel there and give it to a store to import it to your home? They have so many eels there that I am sure that the government wouldn't mind you taking one haha!

I'd love a white mouth but I don't have the space for it.

Also saw an Enchelynassa canina but my stupid camera stopped working. You'll have to trust me that it was big and as scary as it looks in photos.

Absolutely beautiful! But I promise you that they would look just as beautiful in my fish net

Also did some tidal pools and of course dropped my phone in the ocean. Glad phones are pretty water proof now

Loved the tide pools! Did you dee the baby thin-nail sized convict tangs in the tide pools? Also a cool type of blenny.
