Good advice to check with a flashlight late at night. I did this exact thing last night, concerned after not seeing either of my 2 emeralds in weeks. Sure enough one of them was on top of the rock scavenging in the dark.2nded on it could be a molt. Get your flashlight out in the evenings and see if you can spot em! We all practiced this as children with where’s Waldo!
