Look up spioniod worm.
There white and have 2 palyps

Alot say harmless filter feeders if is spioniod, but have read some people say want get rid off them as to many and unsightly and irritating corals like zoas and such.
If tank compatible then a wrasse would more than likely gobble them up,I know my wrasse constantly cruising on the hunt, not all wrasses, like a fairy or flasher not really good for pest control but many others are

@ISpeakForTheSeas do you happen to know what these are? They seem to be growing in numbers even though I do not feed my tank! (dose NeoPhos and NeoNitro in frag tank)

They do not burrow into anything, and can free swim if the current is turned off. They appear to create soft structure. LPS are growing great.

I'm late, but with two large palps, as mentioned, either Spionid or Chaetopterid worms - Phyllochaetopterus being one of the genuses in the family (this has me realizing I need to look at individual genera in these families still):
In this case, it's probably a Chaetopterid worm - they're very similar to Spionid worms, but they tend to prefer burrowing in the sand instead of in the rocks, and they reportedly tend to have longer palps.

That said, I say probably because to make a proper ID involves removing the worm from its tube and getting pics of the body out of the tube, which just isn't feasible.

Generally, these aren't a problem unless their numbers start getting out of hand.
