Toad stool issues

so I have a toad stool that has these white spots and haven't sprouted fully in days any idea what is causing this fyi don't mind the hair algae I'll be removing that today

Looks normal to me. I have had a massive toadstool for 6 years now, survived every tank move. They are super hardy. Mine will be closed up for weeks at a time sometimes. Then it will shed its skin and look brand new and vibrant for a couple weeks. Rinse and repeat.

Hmmm it hasn't sprouted in a few day
