Hello all,
One of my toadstool leathers has been doing something odd as of late. I've noticed that its stretching up and the stalk is starting to get a sort of hole in it. It's not a hole that looks infected or decaying (no blackness and dead tissue typical of a diseased leather. the tissue looks exactly like it does when my other toadstool decides to self frag) the toadstool itself still had full polyp extension. It's almost as if its trying to chop its cap off. As mentioned before, I have had a leather coral drop tissue off to reproduce but I was wondering if this scenario is something typical or not.
Has anyone had this experience?
