Is this too much Flow for my gosh, seems to be struggling?
Looks like a healthy fish swimming in the current. Flow looks good.

I see very little flow.
There definitely is Flow, I was going to get a fan but my LFS said I don't need one. He's always swimming in flow and seems to love it. Would you put more in? Is there a way to know if it is to little flow?

The artificial plant isn't even moving. You have surface agitation but no real flow

Not to be negative, but I would actually be concerned about low oxygen, the surface does look very still, fish swim at top sometimes to get oxygen. Do you have a skimmer in the tank?

That plant is not that stiff, it should have some movement

Haven't got a skimmer in, was told my tank is small and doesn't need one, it's 52L tank

One power head for I assume is a 42 isn't bad with the right power head. You need surface agitation and you need some kind of flow stream in the water. Get some sinking pellets, drop some in and see how they churn on the way down. If the get 5 inches below and then just kinda drop you have no flow. And I assume that's what will happen

You mean this green solid looking thing that is made of plastic that looks great but does not sway due to its plastic moulding construction, made to look real and not move.... Ok

Yes sorry, what did you feed before it started acting wierd, has it always been stiff, maybe you did not wear gloves, it's has great colours so light is working well, maybe QT just incase it affects other plastic corals with its stiffness
