hey guys HARDSCAPING IS HARD i’ve been fighting with the tank and the rocks to try and make it look nice and I think i’m okay with how it looks but now im wondering if it’s too much rock? I’m also intending on eventually adding a bta and am not sure if there is a suitable spot for it now (I know it’ll wander around until it finds a happy place but I want it to have options)

also double posted so you might want to hashtag reefsquad to see if they can delete one of them. Or post on both lol either way

Try to post the pictures again! The app sometimes can be weird and not upload photos

I think you're probably saying this jokingly but in the case that you're not, Never be in a hurry in this hobby. The forum is full of posts about all the bad things that happen in a hurry.

With that being said, I also hope your cycle is over soon so you can enjoy the best part of the hobby..... adding livestock! HAHAHA
happy two thumbs up GIF by Target

I'd bet a TBS shipping fee that you don't have too much rock - 99% of the time, newbs have too little.

And yeah, be patient. Think of building out a reef like surgery - be patient, pay attention to details, and don't go cowboy/ off-script unless you really know what you're doing or disasters will happen.

Just a general comment-- keep rocks enough inches away from the glass to allow a scraper to get through; it will also help with flow. Best wishes.
