My torch has been deteriorating for about 4 days now. I took a close look and noticed a flatworm cruising around on it. I only saw the one and removed it and gave the torch a dip in r/o and hydrogen peroxide. I gently scrubbed it with a tooth brush and put it back in the tank. When I dipped it another parasite dropped off I didn’t notice. You can see it in the attached picture.
My questions are…
What is the second bug? And does it look like my torch has a chance at a comeback?

Also the picture of the torch was taken 45 min after the dip

I dealt with the same thing a few weeks ago.
I had it in 3 torches and hammers too.
I’ve dipped them twice and am keeping an eye out for me.
Hopefully yours will pull through. My looked ticked off most of the night after a dip.

I hope it pulls through I like what it adds to the tank. This is it in the center a couple weeks ago after having been in for a couple months.

Do you have an idea about the other parasite in the picture with the flat worm?
