I have multiple torches in the tank all doing well except them one, it had a vermitid on it a few days ago which I crushed but it doesn't seem to be recovering well. Its been like this for a week now almost.
Im currently dipping it but any advice would be good.

I definitely wouldn't recommend taking it out of the water if it's already trying to recover...

As long as your water parameters are good, and its in a spot where its receiving appropriate lighting and flow (and also not being blasted by either) time is all it should need if it's going to recover. Assume everything else in your tank is happy/healthy?
