I purchased this torch about two months ago from a lfs. I know now that I should have passed on it because it was not doing good in the store. Theses are my Parameters
Ph-8.2
Ammonia-0
Nitrite-0
Nitrate-20-10
Cal-400
Kh-10
Phosphate-0
It’s in a medium flow and and in the top 1/3 of the tank under led’s. I have noticed some growth other the two months. The last picture is about a week after I got it and the other pictures are from today. Will it take time for it to open up more or should I try moving it around ?

Your torch looks fine to me in the first three photos. The last photo it looks a bit retracted but as long as it's not always like that it's fine. The biggest problem I'm seeing is zero po4. You want to maintain po4 at 0.03 - 0.1. I would not move the torch.

I would place it at the sand bed for a little while. I typically place new euphyllia additions at the sand bed to allow them to light acclimate for a while, especially if they look as if they are struggling.

Tentacles are out, which is a good sign. Two months is a short time and you just need to let it adjust for a while. Your tank looks a little new as well.

Your numbers look good.

@35ppt, I agree on the P04.

What kind of leds. Cristatas are a shallow water euphyllia and like a lot of light. Also what’s your mag. I would boost calcium a bit if you are going to keep your alk that high, also boost phosphate, feed more.
