Torch dying?

Anyone have info on what this is or what I can do to help this torch?

I pulled it and dipped in Coral Rx 2 days ago. The condition of the Torch is getting worse.

I have 2 other torches in this aquarium that are thriving.

I have been dealing with significant brown algae on the surfaces of the tank.
