Torch heads falling off?

I had a torch coral that was branching and it had 3 heads, but they all just fell off. Not sure if this is because of their placement? The skeleton is still there. Is there a chance it could reproduce new heads? Are the heads that fell off dead? Or could they still have a chance if I glue it to a rock?

The polyps that bailed will not likely regrow skeleton. But the skeleton always has a chance to pop out babies!
