Torch losing color

Have you added anything to the tank in the past couple months? My thought is when you add anything to a tank other things will get impacted. I'm sure this is obvious to most but it's something I tend to forget as a newbie. I know this doesn't help figure out what to do - just wondering what may have caused it.

Haven't added anything in the past few months. Has to be something I a missing.
