Yup. I think given your pH and calc, I'd be tempted to do a bigger WC than usual, then start regularly testing so you can work out how much your tank is using.

That will help bring down your phos too. Personally I like mine below 0.05

Yes @Randy Holmes-Farley has some awesome recipes and a great calculator to dose correctly....do you have a skimmer? If so unplug the tube running to the pump from the cup side and let fresh air into the pump it will help raise ph...

With phos being at .5 a wc isnt going to correct that i would run gfo if you can or add something the phosphate can bind to....phosphate will leach from rocks and sand and everything in the tank that has absorbed it til it hits a stable level....i had phos at a .7 and it took almost a week of running gfo to get it below a .1 ....i still run gfo to keep it stable and a refugium....

Everything looks good for flow and lighting i am guessing the high phos and cal have a lot to do with it....i had issues keeping torchs til i got phos under control...

Do you have a reactor if not this one is fairly inexpensive and is what i use currently all in one system with pump reactor and tubing....

Agree on calcium which os very important for their skeletal health and can lead to bailout as will excess water flow, and too little light. Too much light- they bleach. . . . too little, they expel their zooxanthelllae and shrink.
Assure also Nitrate and Phos is not elevated as well as water temp
