Torch problems

Hi there peeps.
Had this dragonsoul for around 6 months now and been doing absolutely fine, still fully extends as do all my collection. Just noticed that the flesh band seems to almost be coming away from the base.. I know its splitting again but never seen this.. Is it ditching a head?

Have you added any other torches lately? Looks like the issue is spreading to the next head in the first picture.

Nop not added any more coral in the past 3 months. I've had a torch throw a dead head before but not seen it like this. Can it re attach to the base? All the other x4 heads are full extended

I've never had them reattach, they will stay alive for 7 days before wilting away. I have had torches spawn and grow on my egg crate but no such luck for an adult head.

I will mention that I do not move any torch into my farm operation until it's been 12 months in my hands. I do keep torches in 3 different systems before moving them into production. I would do the KFC dip on the torch and cut off the head before any other issues arise.

Thanks for the reply, UK its hard to get the kfc dip done. Plus as in the picture you can see it'd not cuttable at the moment

It's dumped the head randomly tonight? Is that a spawn?

nope that's a goner and that lose head can cause more issues than its worth. I would remove and discard. I didn't realize you were in the UK.
