Torch splitting?

Hey everyone, I have this banana torch that I’m obsessed with and was wondering if it looks like it’s splitting (I think it is)? I noticed that the past few days it hasn’t been extending as much (but not closed up) and tonight the mouth looks huge (in the pic below). Also looks like the skeleton is splitting. Has anyone see them start to extend less and have a massive mouth when splitting?

I’m 99% sure it’s splitting but my concern is more that splitting would cause these things and it’s not a problem on top of splitting. Thanks in advance! Middle pic is when it was fully extended, won’t let me put it last

Ya know…. I didn’t even see 2 mouths until I looked at the picture again. It’s always had a big one and I’m so used to seeing that I didn’t realize. Thank you!

Here’s another pic of the giant mouth (right when lights came on today) Doesn’t really look like 2 this morning but hopefully it’s on its way. The gaping mouth still kind of worries me haha

I was gonna say I didn’t see too mouths either but usually that takes longer. But I do see a groove starting to form which definitely is a good sign. It does appear it’s starting to split. Some of my open their mouths at night I wouldn’t be concerned if it’s still extended and looks happy

Thanks! Actually the whole thing closed up a bit after lights came on so the mouth looks normal again. I can’t help but worry since it’s not as open as it had been for the past few months but the flesh band is fine and it’s not super closed up so I think I’m worrying like usual haha
