Torch ?

Started adding torches to my reef tank, they all seem to be doing ok but I have noticed on one torch it seems like the flesh around the skeleton is stretched out. I got it about a month ago, I didn't really notice anything at that time but to be honest I really didn't look at it that close. I really noticed it about 2 weeks ago. The tentacle extension has always been the same. Is this something to be worried about? First photo is right when lights come on, second is about an hour later. The tank is 72" long have 2 MP40wQD on opposite end tank set to reefcrest at about 60%
