I dose red sea ABCD trace weekly in between water changes. Just 10ml once a week but I also dose 2ml of Zinc and manganese weekly too separately. I feel the Zinc has provided noticeable color improvement in some of my acros. But I only dose small amounts because I'm unable to test trace regularly other then ICP test 3x per year.

I change only about 10 gallons of water a month for my 200g tank so I dose Tropic Marin A and K. My 2 parts is ESV b-ionic. Been thinking about switching to AFR to keep everything in the Tropic Marin family...

I think your current approach seems fine if you are happy with the results. I like AFR and you might prefer the convenience of dosing all in one. Keep in mind it has A and K in it. The number things I dose seems to be governed by how many dosers I have

No reason other than to simplify dosing two things to one. Hence why I haven't done it yet...things are going well now and don't want to change anything

Simplification is the best reason to use AFR:
