when a trachy dies or a wellso dies how long does it take before some babies come out of it? do babies always come after it dies or no?

I never knew that this happened with wellsos and trachs? I've heard of it happening on acans & fungia though

i've never hear it about acans. learning something new every day
I think this is possible with most LPS, I think it mostly depends on how deep the living tisue goes into the skeleton.
For example with a duncan I used to have, I could decapitate it over and over and it would just keep growing heads.
I know a guy here in colorado who has a fungia stump doing the same thing.
