Trachy tissue recession

Hi , i got this nice trachy 2 weeks ago. I put it in way to much light and noticed bleaching so i put it somewhere with less light. I saw it got more puffy and looked healthy. But today i checked and noticed tissue recession. The trachy still looks healthy on top and is still reactive to food. The bleaching also stopped. All my parameters (mag,ca,alk,no3,po4,ph) are in check and rock solid. Could the recession be a after effect of the bleaching still? Or what do you guys think? I mean corals do react slowly so it could just be prolonged effects from the high light? I know that my hammer started receding, then my water quality was kept constant and it has only just started regrowing after like a month

Keep it in ~80-100 par and low flow. Ive brought back a Trachy worse off than that in those conditions several times. Just don’t change things, don’t feed too often (digestive issues may occur, i feed every other week) and keep everything consistent. With time it will grow back but depending on how far it’s receded it may take longer. Usually around a month or two. They are hardy coral but only in lower light, trachys ime cant stand higher light levels and just give up.

What par was too much? I had a trachy that bleached almost translucent. Placed in 90 par an over the course of a year repigmented.
