I’m hoping to setup my new tank within a few weeks, I’ve got a few small things to do before the setup is complete. I’m moving from a 20g AIO to a 66g so I intend on adding more rock but using about 20lbs of existing from my nano. There are corals attached as well, do you foresee any issues moving the LR with corals to a tank. I’d also like to transfer my pair of clowns and flame angel at the same time just to be done with the nano. I’m sure they’ll be a mini cycle at least with the new rock. It’ll prolly be 40-50lb of acid washed dead rock that the live rock (2-3 years running) will be added to.

As long as your not increasing bioload, all your doing is upgrading tanks. Your current rock is capable of handeling the current bioload, why would adding more rock diminish the capabilities of your current rock?

You'll be fine, and no mini cycle will happen.
