so the peppermint shrimp in my sisters tank haven’t gone for the bottle trap yet, but the snails she has decided they would. She thought about making the entrance smaller, but the shrimp are huge! There’s snails smaller than the shrimp! The bottle trap in sitting on the sand, so would it be better to suspend the trap? Does anyone have any advice? These shrimp are probably laughing

I've always had luck with the bottle trap or just a simple net. My Peppermint Shrimp would always swim out and start cleaning my hand and I could usually catch them with a net while they were riding around on my hand.

Bottle trap would work but typically at night works better for them in my experience.
