My fish have flukes and I have some questions on treatment
Is a freshwater dip necessary?
How safe is it to treat with prazi pro in tank? I have various lps and soft corals and a pocilopora, no inverts except a snail and amphipods. Should I worry about the pods?
How do I treat and for how long?
Would the medication stay behind in the tank/rock and affect inverts I were to get in the future?

A freshwater dip will remove many of the flukes before medicating, which can make the medication easier on the fish.
Yes, Prazipro is reef safe, except for any bristleworms in the tank and feather dusters.
The Prazipro does most of its work in the first 24-48 hours and then degrades harmlessly in the tank. But a 25% water change is recommended when completed to remove any dead critters.

Make sure to run a powerhead when using Prazipro. Aim the powerhead up to where it is actively rippling the water's surface to increase O2.

So I only need to dose once?
And is there a chance of them coming back?

This step kills the flukes: Dose and then wait 5-7 days. Do a 25% water change. Then . . .
This step killls any eggs the flukes laid: Dose again and then wait 5-7 days. Do a 25% water change.
And then observe for 10-14 days. Sometimes another round is necessary. And we have been seeing prazi resistant flukes lately.
