So I picked up some "Real Reef Rock" from another member and am thinking about how to treat it before cycling my new system with it? My concern is fading the coloration on the rock with bleach. They have dried out I'm thinking about giving them a vinegar bath? Any help is appreciate.

Did his tank crash or something else wrong with his system? If not I would just put in a tub of water for a week or so then check parameters if all looks good go ahead and use it
