I ran into inconsistency with my initial placement of the feed tubing in the drain section. While I never saw any micro bubbles I believe they were there and throwing my readings off. I moved the feed tubing into another section of the sump and my results have been pretty consistent since.

This is another great point. Micro bubbles will come into play. I should say or could to be fair.

Thank you all For the tips/nice helpful comments.

So today calibration was completed. Spot on after at 8.30, 450 and 1330 exactly.

Waiting now to see tank results. Praying for the best.

thx for tip....I also moved intake tube location to right after socks in first chamber after water settles out, and dosing is in return sump last chamber.
