Did I miss something about the Trident NP Reagent shortage!? Are they quietly going to discontinue the NP via a reagent shortage!?

BRS told me the other day they will have a restock early August. ( Also your caps lock is onOUT OF STOCK EVERYWHERE AGAIN.. KINDA NUTS... 650 FOR A TESTING EQUIPMENT AND NO REAGENTS TO BE BE FOUND
)My last batch of reagents has given me nothing but out of range errors on NO3, even after resetting and calibrating twice. PO4 reading is good.OUT OF STOCK EVERYWHERE AGAIN.. KINDA NUTS... 650 FOR A TESTING EQUIPMENT AND NO REAGENTS TO BE BE FOUND
Mine has also been out of reagents for a couple of weeks and they seem to be out of stock everywhere. Even when I do have reagents it is super unreliable. Worst $700 that I've spent on my tank.
Are you on the latest firmware?
Yeah, I've updated firmware. The first set of reagents after I did the firmware update and manual calibration worked great. It's this second batch that's giving me the out of range errors on the NO3 test even after resetting the unit, cleaning the chamber, and manually calibrating twice. I think there's just some bad batches of reagents out there and they're refusing to acknowledge it.I second this…manual calibration seems to have fixed all the issues upon launch.
