so the new Glass Cage tank i just got a couple months ago i ordered glass lids for and the lids are cut too wide by just a smidge and the covers wont fit down on the top, whats the best way to trim a little off? I think its just be an 1/8 or so if that. I have plenty of tools, dremels, sander, ect...whats my best route to go? Havent messed with glass much before..

Thanks for any input!

Take it to a glass shop. Glass is a difficult medium to work with.

I use a Glass blade on my Wet tile saw.. You can shave a sliver off perfectly with a well Dressed Diamond blade. Anything else will bit chips out and Fracture.

With that i agree with the above. Not to sound mean but if you have to ask you probably should not be doing.Glass is not very forgiving or cheap...

Yeah fair enough. I took it to the local glass shop and he took a wet sander to it and got it down enough to fit right in for free. Good call on the glass store guys
