I feel almost naive for asking this question. The Triton method and ATI Essentials methods have obviously attractions and appeal to me. Will definitely incorporate one on my reef, but here is my question. Would a FOWLR benefit??? I am building an 800 gallon FOWLR and planning filtration now. I will have a 150 gallon refugium, a hefty amount of marine pure and siporax as well as a skimmer on this system. Would the trace elements and "refugium" elements in these seats provide any additionally benefit to my plan? I should research my livestock list and any possible trace elements relationships (if any exist), but I am being lay at the moment. I plan on dosing the fuge with Iron as that has always been my practice just wondering if there is any point to go fancier with this system. Looking forward to any discussion!
