Hello everyone:

I'm about ready to send some samples in to Triton and I was wondering if anyone knew about the Triton Lab's holiday break schedule. Are they going to be shut down for a few weeks this December? If so, I'll wait to send my samples in until January.

I don't see anything on their website about time off.

Thanks!

Dear customer
this year we will not perform any HPLC test anymore. Please do not send any HPLC test to our lab anymore. Please note this is only for HPLC, we still perform ICP-OES testing.

We are changing over to new analytical systems to be able to perform even better for you in future.
If you still have HPLC tests, please contact your retailer or us directly.

See the above dates, the lab will only be closed on those dates. It will be open for the time in-between also so hopefully there will not be too many delays.

Yes HPLC are no longer being offered and all retailers should have stopped selling them by now, if you have purchased a HPLC test kit contact your retailer for them to replace it for an ICP.

A new service will be available soon which will replace the HPLC.
