Here are my results. Any advise is greatly appreciated. This is a soft LPS tank. No SPS. I am running purigen, carbon, and rowaphos currently with no algae issues. Some of my LPS's have tissue receding then possibly bleaching, then dying; hence the reason for the test. I did not get that phos number when I tested so apparently my test is off. Same for the NA. Thanks!

No just the rowaphos. I have no idea how the phosphate is that high. I tested and it was much lower. I do not understand why the salinity is low, for the record, i use reef crystals salt mix. How do I fix the salinity issue?

Check your salinity in the tank with a good refractometer. If it is a little low when you check it, then you can top off with saltwater over a week or so to slowly raise your salinity.

Do you have a recommendation for one to buy?

The VEE GEE STX-3 is designed specifically for use with saltwater, as opposed to most other refractometers, which are designed for use with NaCl brine solutions.

Thanks! What about the pinpoint salinity monitors?

What would cause the bleaching or tissue recession the low salinity? FWIW my lights are ecotech radions for 1.5 years now.
