Tropic Eden Sand

anyone got pics???? what would you recommended for a 180 with 2 mp60s blasting in it??? i take it eden comes in different grain sizes??

with my mp40s turned all the way up located preety much dead center of both ends of the tank it does not get sucked up. it did when the first diatoms took over due to air bubbles but a few grains attached to a bubble does not go far.
ive also got the snow version. i think ive got like 80lbs in there i think im also going to add some mini flakes and see if it makes the sand look less uniform.

Would love to hear some additional feedback from those who just put this in their tank, espcially those who have MP10's in the smaller. :)

I was going to reuse sand, but think I am leaning toward new.

I'm running 2 MP10's in my 45G cube and they are turned up about half way. The sand has moved in only one spot around a rock, but otherwise it is staying put. I only have about an inch/inch and a half layer of it in there.

That is perfect! I have a 45g cube so totally apples to apples.

What is the difference between the flake and the snow? Benefits of one over the other or just personal preference?

the flakes are larger than the snow.
the snow is more like oolite perhaps a bit larger in size.

Also when i was hooking up my MP10es it has a W on it. Does that mean they sent me a wireless one on accident?

Wow, I've been running bb so long that I forgot how gorgeous and bright a nice sand bed looks! I do have some sand storms because of my mp-60 but it's not bad considering there is no bacteria layer on the sand yet.
