Trouble Hatching Brine Shrimp

So, It seems I have been unsuccessful in my first attempt at hatching brine shrimp and I'm not exactly sure why.

I am using this hatchery:
Amazon product ASIN B07ZFF6DS2
Installed in my tank and arrated with a slow boil like bubble flow.

I added these unencapsulated eggs:

They have been in there almost 48 hours and I don't see any real difference. Could it be the eggs? I see some decapsulated eggs that have hatch rates but these don't. Maybe they won't hatch?

My next move is to get different eggs and see if I have better luck. Unless, of course, there is a more likely issue based on other's experience.

I would appreciate any experience you can share.

If they are uncapsulated then typically the color doesnt change much. Did you take a sample out and check it in the light? Is your salinity right? Temperature? Good amount of light?

Decapsulated shrimp won't hatch. You just feed out the eggs.

Decapsulated shrimp won't hatch. You just feed out the eggs.

It depends on the eggs. Some decapsulated eggs are dry and will not hatch. You need to look for the ones specifically labelled "hatching decapsulated eggs", they are usually stored wet and need to be kept refrigerated.

Also at tank temp you should get a hatch in 18 ish hours.
