Trouble with "hovering" over these navigation links?

I am not having this problem but it's come to my attention that some may be experiencing this issues. On a desktop is anyone having trouble with "hovering" over these navigation links or clicking them?

Just checked on my laptop on chrome and the clickable box is about halfway up the bottom of the text and half way above as well for me. Edit: actually the click box starts at the top of the text.

But they work if you center the body of your pointer on them so it is covering them

Using chrome, I can click them.... but if you drag (hover) your mouse over them from top to bottom or vice versa, the link appears, then disappears, and then reappears, so it is working, but not flawlessly. You have to be really precise with your mouse or the link doesn't work correctly.
