That sucks. Did you contact Roger at Tunze. I'm sure they will replace it.

yeah just call the store you bought it from, and get the number for the Tunze rep...they'll replace it......they know there's a huge issue with the 6025/6045 line.

I replaced my 6045 last month b/c of a busted shaft.....now my 6025 is making wierd noises.....bah!

Roger is very nice. Great customer service. Hope my shaft doesn't break anytime soon. How long have you guys have your 6025's???

around 3 to 4 months..
