Hey there,

I wanted to know what would be more beneficial for my RODI system, would I be better off with 2 sediment filters and 1 carbon block or 1 sediment filter with 2 carbon blocks?

Would depend on the quality of your water
My source is well water so I can't pull a report, but I do know my tds before going into the membrane is in the 70s-80s when I first run the water, then it drops to the 20-30 PPM range after purging. Post membrane I get around 10 PPM. This is all judging by the inline TDS meter.

This is running 1 sediment and 2 carbon blocks

One sediment filter and two carbon blocks is the more common setup.
I use that system myself because my tap water contains chloramine.

I would imagine that you might want two sediment filters if your water has lots of "gunk" in it and no chloramine. Then you could have a coarse sediment filter followed by a fine sediment filter.

Edit: I posted before seeing you have well water. This could be a scenario where two sediment filters is called for.
If you want to be safe you could add an extra chamber and have two of each.

That's a pretty good idea, I might just add another chamber to run dual sediment and dual carbon blocks, just for the peace of mind.

Thank you!
