Two-Step Authentication

I browse the site with safari on my phone, I have two step verification setup. Yesterday my 30 day session ended, I've tried logging in multiple times and requesting a code so I can authenticate. I'm not receiving the email with my code. It is not going into spam.

Any ideas?

I disabled 2 step so you could get into your options.
