Type of O ring in unions? or what type should I get.

OK so I dont really need sch.80 unions for my project. or should i say I dont want to pay for them is more accurate.

so I have to union on supply house not sure on the difference between the two:

and this one for 1/2 the price.

they dont offer any explanation on the difference.

Only difference I can see is one is made by Spears and the other by Bluefin. Bluefin comes from China and Spears makes quality parts in the USA.

ah somehow I missed that. then yeah it's worth the two extra bucks to go with spears then.

altho looks like Bluefin is supplyhouse, house brand prob. be just fine but for a few extra bucks i'll go with the spears.
