Good afternoon—is this the original Ultra Weeping Willow Japanese version?
No. The original weeping willow was lost to history. It's just a general name for a standard toadstool leather. If the strain or system you have it in has longer than normal polyps it gets labeled "weeping willow" the original, had polyps so long when you turned the flow off, they hung well below the cap. Like a weeping willow tree. The new school ones are rarely that long.

I purchased one labeled a Japanese and purchased one labeled an Ultra. They looked identical grown out. I don’t know the true history so I sell them as Ultra Weeping Willows. It’s the nicest I’ve seen personally. It’s very bright and my favorite soft coral.
